This is Aquaponics Technical Support For Everyone:
Most aquaponics businesses make their money selling hardware. We don’t sell hardware.
In the same way that Microsoft sells software (but not computers), we sell aquaponic technology and information (but not hardware).
Because we don’t make any money from selling hardware or equipment, we’re independent and objective about what works for YOU. And we know what works and what doesn’t, because we’ve tried it all.
My wife Susanne and I have been running a profitable commercial aquaponics farm since 2007. Because of that, we have more practical farming experience than all the others combined.

Micro System level tech support (for our Micro Systems ONLY), $149.95.
Note: we do NOT offer technical support at this economical price for any but our systems; there are just too many possible combinations of equipment to troubleshoot, and too many things to go wrong with systems that may not be well-designed. If you need tech support for a small system that’s NOT a Micro System, you can purchase Commercial System level tech support (next).
Commercial System level tech support via email, $995 (phone support an additional $895, for systems from 129 square feet on up in size).
Commercial System Plus Greenhouse tech support, $1,495 (phone support an additional $1,195, for systems including greenhouses, from 129 square feet on up in size).
Indoors and Vertical System Tech Support, $895 (phone support an additional $695, for indoors and vertical systems under artificial lighting, or vertical systems in greenhouses),
We are the first aquaponics farm in the world to get USDA Organically Certified in 2008, and the first in the world to get Food Safety Certification in 2009, thanks to Susanne. She and I have taught hundreds of participants in our Commercial Aquaponics Trainings to do the same from 2008 to 2019 (the last one was in Dallas in July of 2019, sorry you missed us!).
She also developed the technology that lets us get three to twenty times as many plants into the same raft and greenhouse area as our “competition” does (without getting a bigger farm or greenhouse). Do you think that might help you make a profit with aquaponics?
How do you make $1 million with an aquaponics farm? (hint: start with $3 million!)
Our technology is also the only one we’re aware of that is profitable for you. If you have any doubts about whether the “mainstream technology” is better, download and watch this PowerPoint slideshow. It explains the failure modes of nine separate aquaponics businesses over the last five years, that were capitalized from $100,000 up to $35 million.
Yes, those were all beautiful aquaponics systems, with lots of beautiful plants and fish in them. They just weren’t profitable aquaponics systems; there’s a difference. Because of that, those people lost all their money, and probably suffered a crushing emotional blow too.
None of them used our technology. One of them even came to our training, then ignored the advice given in favor of what an equipment salesman told them. In other words, these failures were all avoidable, and all these businesses could have been profitable, if they’d understood and used the right technology.

We have had this focus on profitable aquaponic technology for the farmer since 2008. We came home from a university course in June of 2007, followed their recommendations, and a year later found out we’d lost $12,000 by raising a whole lot of fish we couldn’t make a profit on. It was easy to understand: the “Commercial Aquaponics System” the university was touting had all its costs paid: construction cost, operating expenses, salaries, and so on. .
We started developing our own technology as a result, and a year later we were profitable. We held our first Commercial Aquaponics Training in Honokaa in October 2008, and had 122 participants show up.
That’s why our technical support is the best there is. More on that in a bit.
