IF you have purchased something from us that includes a technical support contract, you get email support at the level of the course you purchased, and for the term of the contract you purchased.

(Below) A 512 square foot Family aquaponics system in a greenhouse; it grows vegetables which have incredible flavor when compared to vegetables from hydroponics systems.

For instance: if you’ve purchased a $49.95 Micro System package with a support contract, we will answer your questions about backyard aquaponics, but won’t be able to answer questions about commercial aquaponics, greenhouses, or hydroponics. If you’ve purchased a $195 Commercial Aquaponics DIY package with a support contract, we will answer your commercial aquaponics questions, but unfortunately won’t be able to answer questions about greenhouses.

We hope you understand: we have to draw a line somewhere to make it fair to those who paid for this service. What’s so cool about this? We are the ONLY aquaponics trainers who are also aquaponics FARMERS, who actually know what they’re talking about. If you want some perspective on what we’re charging for support (read: a good laugh!) ask one of “the others” to give you a quote for unlimited email support.

Or more to the point, ask them about their energy-efficient greenhouse technology; because they haven’t got one. The lack of an energy-efficient greenhouse technology that is integrated with the aquaponics systems inside it, makes it difficult or impossible to do aquaponics unless you live in sunny Hawaii!

The bottom line? Our DIY aquaponics course materials are so complete and easy to understand that most people never need to call! We’re here if you need us, though. Support often is not mentioned up-front by other aquaponic businesses, or worse, they don’t offer it because they don’t have the experience and knowledge to be able to answer your questions. We do!
